Personal profile

I am a highly motivated early career researcher with multiple years of experience in international corporate business, consulting and teaching. Currently, I am a Lecturer at Âéw¶¹´«Ã½, Leicester since July 2022 where I lead modules on International Business Strategy & Business Sustainability for both undergraduate and postgraduate students. Prior this, I have worked as Associate Researcher and Tutor at Aston University for more than years. I am Fellow of Higher Education Academy (FHEA).

My research interest are international new ventures/Born global (INV/BG), entrepreneurship, internationalisation strategies, strategic management, sustainable business strategies, and business sustainability. I have a record of securing funding from Economic Social Research Council (ESRC) and Higher Education Innovation Fund (HEIF). My PhD. research has garnered interest from academia as well as policy makers where I have been fortunate to present the findings of my PhD research to All Party Parliamentary Group (UK) and industry.

Externally funded research grants information

NPIF ESRC Accelerating Business/Social sciences collaboration Programme,2020 (National Productivity Investment Fund) (Value £5K) at Aston University towards disseminate my research findings for the project ‘Impact of Language Competencies on International Business Performance: Small and Medium Enterprise Perspective’ to companies, business and policymakers.

Have worked collaboratively as Research Associate with internationally reputed senior colleagues in UK, France, and Thailand on The British Academy funded Project (Value £100K) with Prof. Prasanna Dey & Dr. Geoff Parkes, Aston University leading the project ‘Adopting Circular Economy in Thai Food Supply Chain through enhanced Traceability and Valorisation of Food Waste (Feb 2021- Feb 2022).  My role involved developing, executing, and preparing the report for quantitative studies of the project.
