I am a Lecturer in Applied Psychology and a

My research is focused on the utilisation of positive or otherwise novel psychological interventions to support people's health and development. I am particularly interested in optimal well-being (also known as flourishing) and the impact that individual differences and social inequalities may have on people's chances of reaching this state.
