Lucy Atkins is the Research Assistant for the Freedom to Achieve project. She is designing and implementing the evaluation strand of the project, which is working to address the difference in attainment between Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) and White students in UK Higher Education.
Prior to joining the Freedom to Achieve team, Lucy completed her PhD in Education and Technology here at Âéw¶¹´«Ã½, under the Institute for Education Futures. Her thesis explored teachers’ digital literacy development, through a grounded-theory investigation.
