Clearing and late applicants

If you apply through clearing and we still have university-sourced accommodation available, once you have an unconditional firm offer we will email your login details.

If you booked a room before receiving your results but do not get the grades needed to meet your offer, it will be cancelled and you will be refunded your booking payment.

If you then get a place at Âéw¶¹´«Ã½ through clearing, you will be able to log back into the booking system and book a new room, subject to availability. You will need to repay the booking fee.

If you also have Âéw¶¹´«Ã½ as your insurance choice, please contact us and we will try to keep your original booking.

If you have any queries about availability contact the Accommodation Office.

Deferrals

If you have deferred from last year (2023/24) you can log on and book your room online from March 2024. If you have applied for 2024 entry but now wish to defer your place for a year, you cannot reserve your room until 2025.

All university-sourced accommodation is for single persons only.
